Procurement Policy
60-3.Purchases to be formally bid.
All purchases of supplies or equipment which will exceed $10,000 in the
fiscal year or public works contracts over $20,000 shall be formally
bid pursuant to General Municipal Law 103.
Dogs
78-1 License fees.
A. Commencing on October 1, 1979, the license fees for dogs shall be as
follows:
(1) Spayed or neutered dog: $5.50
(2) Unspayed or unneutered dog: $13.50
B. The statutory fees are $2.50 and $7.50 respectively
C. Local fee is $3.00
Bingo
88-1. Conduct Authorized
It shall be lawful for any authorized organization, as defined in 476
of the General Municipal Law, upon obtaining the required license, to
conduct the game of bingo within the territorial limits of the Town of
Lima, subject to the provisions of this chapter, Article 14-H of the
General Municipal Law and Article 19-B of the Executive Law.
